What you are buying, in plain terms.
The materials
A cotton-poly blend canvas, printed with pigment inks and finished with a matte, UV-protective coating, then stretched by hand over a solid wood frame. The edges are wrapped cleanly and a hanging kit is fitted, so it goes on the wall the moment you open the box — no framing, no extra trip.
Choosing a size
Measure the wall first and then take the largest size that still leaves air around it. Going too small is by far the most common regret. Over a sofa or a bed, aim for a piece about two-thirds the width of the furniture beneath it. Every product page lists exact dimensions before you commit.
Your photograph
A modern phone photo is comfortably good enough for most sizes. What struggles is anything saved from social media or forwarded through a messaging app, because those compress heavily on the way. We check every image by hand before printing and email you if it will not hold up — see the FAQ for what makes a good source file.
How long it takes
Canvases are made in two to four business days and then ship free, typically arriving within three to seven business days in the United States. Full production and transit tables are on the shipping page.
If something is wrong
Damaged in transit or a fault in the print, and we remake and reship it free — you will not be asked to post anything back. That is set out in the returns policy, along with what counts as normal variation between a screen and ink on canvas.
